The Furnace Repair and Replace Program is an income based program for homeowners. Participants must first apply and be approved for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and provide documentation of home ownership. 

There is no guarantee of assistance as funding may be limited. Applicants must be available for home inspections to be completed. Applications are processed as quickly as possible to resolve heating issues.
