Results

Community Action is centered around making a difference in people’s lives. Making a difference can be something that is hard to quantify. ROMA, Results Oriented Management and Accountability, was introduced and expected to be followed at all Community Action Agencies starting in 1994 as a “framework for continuous growth and improvement” as a “performance-based initiative designed to preserve the anti-poverty focus of community action and to promote greater effectiveness among state and local agencies.” A part of ROMA is documentation and results. Above you will see some of the information that was gathered and reported for the month of March.
