As a Mandatory Reporter, will report suspected adult/child abuse immediately by following established guidelines.
Recruit clients, maintain a full case load of clients and maintain client files to meet FaDSS standards. Prepare general business correspondence as needed.  Will be required to do a significant amount of computer work to prepare necessary documentation regarding clients and home visits. Meet with participants in their home or virtually if deemed appropriate to establish service intensity, to establish and monitor family goals and progress, and to strategize appropriate action plans.

Weatherization – Crew Member
Maintain confidentiality. Conduct weatherization work measures on site in client’s homes in four-county area.
Install insulation in confined or small areas such as attics, crawlspaces, walls, or knee walls using blown in or batt insulation. Perform carpentry skills including, but not limited to, installing weather-strip materials, replacing/repairing exterior doors, installing roof and gable vents, and replacing broken glass in windows.
Load and/or unload work materials to/from warehouse to/from work truck on a daily basis. Drive agency owned truck to assigned work sites from Central Office and return. Perform other crew worker duties as needed and assigned by Crew Supervisor and/or Weatherization Director.
Must provide own carpenters’ hand tools such as hammer, utility knife, pliers, screwdrivers and tape measure.

Develop supportive, trusting relationship with each family, assisting with meeting needs and planning for child’s optimal growth. Make minimum of two home visits per year with each child; hold two parent-teacher conferences to discuss child’s progress and development.
