Des Moines County Housing Survey

Speak up Des Moines County and give them your input! They need answers from people from all walks of life.

The Southeast Iowa Regional Planning Commission (SEIRPC) and the Greater Burlington Partnership (GBP) have prepared a County-Wide Housing Needs Assessment for Des Moines County, Iowa, including each Community and the rural areas of the County.

The Assessment will highlight current demographic and economic statistical data, local housing unit “target demand”, and a five year “Housing Action Plan” for new housing development and existing housing rehabilitation activities.
