Community Needs Stakeholder Survey

Community partners and stakeholders: particularly those in local government, educational institutions, healthcare, faith based organizations, private businesses, and banking institutions, we would like your input!

Iowa’s Community Action network is conducting a study of community needs. The results will be considered by Community Action of Southeast Iowa for planning, developing, and prioritizing agency programs and services for the people that reside in our neighborhoods and communities. 

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.  The questions are mostly multiple choice.  There are some questions near the end of the survey that are open-ended (questions you can type a response).  All replies are anonymous and will be treated confidentially.
