The TBRA program is set up to provide opportunity to assist people on their journey to self-sufficiency by reducing their housing burden. Housing costs are calculated based on the household’s income and a portion is paid by TBRA and a portion by the renter. TBRA is a one year program. If approved, households may be eligible for re-certification if funding is available.
