- New hires will receive 10% of their respective tier incentive upon working 14 days after completion of agency orientation, a second installment of 40% of the incentive amount after 3 months, and a final installment of the remaining 50% of the incentive amount after 6 months of employment if they are in good standing and have a written release from his/her probationary period.
- This incentive to hire will remain in effect through August 31, 2022. To qualify for the incentive employees must start employment by August 31, 2022.
- Full-Time is defined as scheduled hours of 30 or more per week.
- Part-Time is defined as 29 or less scheduled hours per week.
- Full agency policy on Retention and Hiring Incentives, board approved 2/15/2022.

Off summers Require minimum of HS Diploma/GED, prior experience working with children ages 3 – 5 in a preschool / day care setting. Prefer CDA credential or college degree in Early Childhood Education.

|Head Start Health Services/Nutrition Coordinator|
Very busy, full time position based in our main Burlington office. Must have BA/BS – preferably in field related to health services for young children; also works significantly with the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Supervises Nurses, Cooks and Cook Aides at all sites, so some travel with in the service area is required. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office. Successful applicant will have experience working with children age 0 – 5 years and staff supervision.

|Family Development Specialist (FaDSS)|
Home based visitation program working with families, helping clients set & reach family goals. Associate’s degree required, BA/BS degree preferred. Must have experience working in social service field with low income clients. Ideal candidate is a self-starter with very strong communication and time management skills, very detail oriented, excellent computer skills. Willing to travel within the area; have current auto insurance. Wage depends on education: AA – $15.00 / BA – $16.25 hourly with full benefits
